Head Teller - St. Petersburg and North Tampa
Job Description: Perform member service functions on a daily basis as needed. Performs paying and receiving functions daily as needed. Assist the branch manager in training, directing and coaching the staff and evaluation of performance within the department. Monitor department activities for compliance with established policy and regulations. Responsible for insuring the compliance of a CTR for every cash transaction received and/or distributed exceeding $10,000.
Qualifications: High school or GED. Must be courteous, diplomatic and dealing with members on a daily basis. Must have attention to detail and must possess sound cross-sell skills.
Teller – Full Time North Tampa
Job Description: Receive and process member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals and loan payments. Responsible for cross selling credit union products and services. All other duties as assigned.
Operations Clerk - South Tampa
Job Description: Processes daily stop payment, photocopies, joint releases and other related items. Reviews overdraft reports weekly and assists in determining accounts to be closed or warned. Acts as a backup in the share draft daily processing and assists in the processing of fraudulent share draft transactions.
Qualifications: Up to 6 months of related experience, a high school diploma of GED. Applicant must be courteous, diplomatic when dealing with members and fellow co-workers in person and via phone. Applicant must possess excellent communication skills, accuracy and attention to detail is paramount.
