At floridacentral, we offer great online services that allow you to conduct a variety of transactions from the comfort of your personal computer. Take a look at these great services:

• Pay and manage your bills online with Bill Pay.  Bill Pay is free for all checking accountholders.
• With eStatements, you can view, print, and save your monthly statements. It's easy, secure, and free.
• Check Imaging allows you to view and print a copy of checks that have cleared your checking and/or money market accounts.
• With Check Ordering, you can simply order or re-order your floridacentral checks. You can also make changes to and view your checks.
• Scheduled and Recurring Transfers allows you to set up one-time, weekly, bi-weekly, twice-a-month, or monthly transfers between your floridacentral accounts.
• The  Notifications feature allows you to set up email notifications regarding your account. For example, when a specific check clears your account or your account reaches a certain balance; you will receive an email notification.
• You can view and make payments to your floridacentral credit card through Online Banking.

Simply log in from our Home Page to take advantage of these great new online services. Members will need their Account Number and Call24 Personal Identification Number (PIN). Direct Deposit

Save valuable time each payday by signing up for direct deposit. Direct deposit is the electronic transfer of your paycheck from your employer directly into your floridacentral checking or savings account. Direct deposit is fast, safe, and easy. Ask your employer if they offer direct deposit. It's worth your time.

Payroll Deduction (PRD)

Pay yourself before you pay your bills. Each payday have your employer deposit a portion of your paycheck into your floridacentral savings account. Not only will your savings add up, but you can have funds automatically transferred from your savings to pay off your loans or build up your Christmas Club account. Contact us to start saving.

Call24 Telephone Banking

You can enjoy access to your floridacentral accounts twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week with Call24 Telephone Banking. All you need is your account number and Call24 PIN (Personal Identification Number) to obtain your current balance, transfer funds between accounts, make a withdrawal, and more. Simply call (813) 874-2424 or (800) 444-1124.

Debit Card

Save time and money by using the floridacentral debit card. Now you don't need to wait on check approval and since the money comes directly out of your checking account, you do not pay interest on your purchases. Our debit card is backed by MasterCard® and can be used wherever MasterCard® is accepted. The debit card also serves as your ATM card and can be used at any machine on the ATM networks listed below.

If your debit card becomes lost or stolen you can deactivate it by calling (800) 449-7728.

ATM Cards

What goes with you anywhere and fits in your pocket? An ATM card from floridacentral Credit Union. Enjoy the convenience of cash 24 hours a day from ATM locations worldwide.

If your ATM card becomes lost or stolen you can deactivate it by calling Call 24 at (813) 874-2424 or (800)444-1124 and selecting option 6.

• Members can access their floridacentral accounts at Presto! ATMs located at Publix Grocery Stores.
• On the CU Here CU24 Network, members have access to over 50,000 ATMs nationwide.
• The CO-OP ATM Network  includes over 25,000 ATMs nationwide.

  Look for this network whenever you need an ATM. There is generally no charge for floridacentral members to use these machines.

Travelers Cheques

Traveler's Cheques are the practical choice for when you travel. They provide the convenience of cash with more safety. If the checks are lost or stolen, they can easily be replaced. Visit your local branch for Traveler's Cheques before you travel.
